Jill Wallace
Board Member Profile
Jill Wallace has worked in and managed several non-profit organizations during her career in the social services. She especially enjoyed meeting the hundreds of familes that were served during her time as director of the Midcoast Hospice and the hundreds of volunteers she taught at the Center for Grieving Children in Portland, ME. She currently owns and manages a small assisted living residence for frail elderly women in Topsham, ME.
She holds a BA from Goddard College (1976) and an M.Ed. from Harvard (1979). The focus of her studies was group dynamics, organizational development and the process of change. She is licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine.
Jill is an avid gardener, beekeeper and year round kayaker.
